This speculative work features obbligato handbell parts for 10 bells replicating / mimicking several change ringing methods in each movement as well as a carillon part for the Gloria.

Notes: SATB, organ, handbells, carillon (Gloria only), congregation; from the 1966 service for the National Association of Episcopal Schools. This speculative work has obbligato handbell parts for 10 bells replicating / mimicking several change ringing methods in each movement. There are extensive performance notes and suggestions in the MS. The Sanctus / Benedictus was re-worked with Rite II language for the Installation of Presiding Bishop John Maury Allin in 1974.
